Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Ensure compliance with federal information security standards and protocols.
- Document technical procedures and user incidents accurately.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
