Summary of Duties

As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, ensuring our federal workforce remains productive and secure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
