- Respond to participant inquiries regarding retirement benefits

- Prepare benefit statements and educational materials
- Support plan administration meetings and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in benefits administration or finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic understanding of retirement plan regulations (ERISA, IRS)
