- Maintain accurate databases of policy outcomes and implementation metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written communication with ability to synthesize complex information
- Basic understanding of North Carolina state government structure
