Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying documents.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist the public by providing accurate information regarding agency services and programs.
- Process and maintain accurate records in both digital and hard-copy filing systems.
- Prepare and assemble various reports, correspondence, and meeting packets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening as required by state regulations.
- Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor.
