Responsibilities
- Manage and process veteran benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure compliance with VA regulations
- Prepare detailed reports and correspondence for senior leadership
- Maintain confidential veteran records in secure government systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Assist in training new administrative staff on VA protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
