  • Monitor office supply inventory and submit requisitions for procurement.

Qualifications

  • United States Citizenship is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably within a federal or government setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with federal case management systems (e.g., Excel-based databases).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a background investigation and favorable Public Trust clearance.
