Responsibilities
- Support Federal Operations: Assist in the daily execution of administrative tasks for federal contracts, including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all federal records and applications adhere to strict government regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates on project status and resolving administrative inquiries efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency in daily workflows and propose solutions to streamline administrative processes.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding of new team members and coordinate necessary training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in federal contracting, government administration, or a high-volume office environment is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with federal case management software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation under tight deadlines.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
