Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming federal correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and strict compliance with federal record retention schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings, briefings, and conferences for agency leadership, including complex travel arrangements and logistics.
- Prepare and edit a variety of complex reports, memos, and presentations for submission to federal oversight bodies and congressional inquiries.
- Maintain the office budget, process invoices, and track expenditures to ensure fiscal accountability and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of federal grant applications and compliance documentation.
- Provide technical support for office equipment and software systems utilized in federal operations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, OPM standards, and office management protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
