Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure compliance with VA regulations
- Manage electronic records and databases using VA-approved systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Assist in preparing reports and correspondence for senior leadership

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
