Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits applications and documentation with 100% accuracy
- Manage weekend patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Maintain secure federal databases and records in compliance with HIPAA
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Coordinate with federal agencies for interdepartmental communication
- Prepare weekly operational reports for leadership review
- Support weekend emergency response protocols when activated
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and VA systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with weekend/holiday shift scheduling
- Knowledge of veteran benefits programs preferred
