Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records in accordance with federal guidelines
- Coordinate scheduling for departmental meetings and veteran appointments
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and compliance documentation
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory systems
- Provide frontline support to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program initiatives
- Ensure adherence to VA policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with veteran affairs or healthcare documentation preferred
