- Train junior analysts on compliance procedures
- Manage caseloads exceeding 200 active files monthly
- Present findings at congressional hearings when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal benefits processing experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of 38 CFR pension regulations
- Proficiency in VA's VBA system
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- US citizenship required
