Responsibilities
- Process and manage veterans' benefit applications with 100% accuracy
- Provide expert guidance on federal healthcare, education, and disability benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex benefit cases
- Conduct eligibility assessments and maintain confidential records
- Develop educational materials for veterans and their families
- Monitor benefit program compliance with federal regulations
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
- Analyze benefit utilization data for program improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of federal benefits administration experience
- VA certification or equivalent federal training preferred
- Proficiency with VA benefits systems and federal databases
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- U.S. citizenship required
