Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans and veteran benefit programs with precision

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal benefits or pension administration
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Deep understanding of FERS, TSP, and CSRS regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship required
