Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, payroll processing, or federal benefits administration.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) and other federal compensation guidelines is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new HR software quickly.
