- Review and adjudicate federal worker compensation claims with 95% accuracy
- Interpret and apply Department of Labor regulations (FSLA, OWCP)
- Conduct detailed claim investigations including witness interviews and document analysis
- Prepare comprehensive case files with legal documentation and evidence
- Collaborate with legal teams on complex litigation matters
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA/FERPA compliance

Qualifications
