Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Utilize federal systems (VBMS, VBMS-2) for claim documentation
- Communicate with veterans and stakeholders via secure messaging portals
- Comply with 38 CFR and federal regulations for claims processing
- Maintain confidential case files in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Meet daily production quotas while ensuring quality deliverables
- Participate in continuous training on policy updates
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to obtain VA certification within 6 months
