- Update case management systems with detailed documentation.

- Assist in training junior staff on federal submission protocols.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Federal employment requirements).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or claims processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government database software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
