Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze federal regulatory changes affecting veteran services
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments across departmental operations
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for non-compliance issues
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and apply federal statutes
- Train staff on compliance protocols and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in regulatory databases (e.g., GSA, SAM.gov)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with federal procurement and grant compliance
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
