Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of federal compliance or healthcare regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in federal healthcare regulations (VA, CMS, HIPAA)
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CHC) preferred
- Proven track record in regulatory investigation and reporting
