Responsibilities
- Enforce federal regulations in transportation and public safety sectors
- Conduct compliance audits and investigations of regulated entities
- Prepare detailed violation reports and enforcement recommendations

- Develop and deliver compliance training programs
- Monitor legislative changes and update enforcement protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' regulatory compliance experience
- Active federal security clearance eligibility
- Proficiency in investigative techniques and audit methodologies
- Strong knowledge of CFR Title 49 (Transportation) and Title 5 (Government Operations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
