Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations (VA, HIPAA, OSHA)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Develop/implement compliance policies and procedures
- Train staff on regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Prepare regulatory reports for federal agencies
- Collaborate with legal and management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years regulatory compliance experience
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- VA experience preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain security clearance
