Responsibilities
- Enforce federal regulations across agency operations with zero-tolerance compliance standards
- Conduct comprehensive audits and risk assessments for critical infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with state/local authorities during joint security operations
- Develop compliance training programs for 200+ federal employees
- Prepare detailed violation reports and recommend corrective actions
- Testify in federal court proceedings as subject matter expert
- Lead cross-functional task forces for emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years federal/state compliance enforcement experience
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 44 and DHS directives
- Advanced proficiency in federal case management systems (e.g., DAWIA)
- Professional certification (CFCO, CCEP) or equivalent
- Proven track record in high-stakes regulatory enforcement
- Ability to work rotating shifts during emergency activations
