Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of federal grant programs and contracts to ensure full compliance with established regulations.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly compliance reports to agency stakeholders and senior management.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential risks and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
- Stay updated on changes in federal legislation and ensure organizational policies are adjusted accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on compliance procedures and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in federal compliance, auditing, or government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly and concisely.
- Must be eligible for a government security clearance.
