Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership
- Stay current with evolving federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or healthcare compliance
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, VA directives, and CMS regulations
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Proficient in compliance management software (e.g., RSA Archer)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
