Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal compliance protocols across agency operations
- Conduct thorough audits of program activities to ensure regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and apply federal regulations (CFR, FAR)
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Train staff on federal requirements and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in audit methodologies
- Exceptional written communication for policy documentation
- Experience with federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Knowledge of Ohio state-federal partnership programs
