Responsibilities
- Monitor federal regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance
- Conduct audits and prepare detailed compliance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
