Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and agency policies across all operational processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve regulatory discrepancies
- Maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities and audit findings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance experience
- Active Security Clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Expertise in DHS, DHS, and OMB regulations
- Advanced proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., Relativity, Promapp)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
