Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance standards across transportation and energy sectors

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Train personnel on federal regulatory requirements and security protocols
- Manage confidential data with strict adherence to federal information security standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/state regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FISMA, DHS directives)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment methodologies
- Certified Federal Investigator (CFI) or similar designation preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
