Responsibilities
- Monitor federal regulatory compliance for infrastructure projects in Washington State
- Conduct risk assessments for public-private partnerships
- Coordinate with state/local agencies on grant-funded programs

- Manage sensitive data under federal confidentiality protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of CFR Title 44 and FISMA regulations
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage procurement systems
- Experience with municipal grant administration
- US citizenship required
