Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance strategies for federal/state/local regulations
- Conduct comprehensive audits and risk assessments across public agencies
- Coordinate with DOJ, EPA, and other federal regulatory bodies
- Train government staff on policy updates and procedural changes
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Lead inter-agency task forces on regulatory harmonization
- Advise senior leadership on emerging compliance challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years federal/state/local compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in CFR, CFR Title 5, and CO state regulations
- Advanced degree in Public Administration or related field
- Proficiency in GSA compliance tracking systems
- Experience with federal grant management (CFDA)
- Strong analytical and policy interpretation skills
- US citizenship required
