Responsibilities

- Process veteran benefit claims with 99% accuracy within SLA
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and MS Office
- Knowledge of federal procurement laws (FAR/DFARS)
