Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal regulations (CFR, DHS directives) in Northern California
- Conduct high-stakes audits of critical infrastructure and private sector partners
- Develop strategic compliance frameworks for emerging security threats
- Coordinate with FBI, TSA, and local law enforcement agencies
- Prepare classified briefings for congressional oversight committees
- Lead cross-functional crisis response protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 5 years federal compliance/regulatory experience
- Expert knowledge of 9/11 Act, NIMS, and FISMA standards
- Proven crisis management experience in high-pressure environments
- Proficient in GSA MAX and FedTrack systems
