Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit federal contract compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for government agencies
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams on compliance frameworks
- Train staff on federal acquisition regulations and best practices
- Manage documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
- Stay current on policy changes from GSA and OFPP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal contract compliance experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint or similar systems
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
