Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal regulatory requirements across all project deliverables
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with DHS, OMB, and GSA standards
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation systems with zero-defect reporting
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Train staff on federal compliance protocols and security protocols
- Collaborate with legal teams on contract modifications and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance or government contracting experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced knowledge of NIST and CMMC frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Professional certification (CFCM, CPCM) preferred
