Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) across departmental operations
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Develop training materials for staff on regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve compliance violations
- Maintain electronic compliance documentation systems
- Represent the agency during external audits and inspections
- Advise leadership on emerging regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations
- Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
