Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across veteran service programs
- Conduct audits and prepare detailed compliance reports for agency leadership
- Develop and implement policy frameworks aligned with VA and OMB guidelines
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve compliance discrepancies
- Train staff on federal regulations and procedural updates

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (mandatory for federal employment)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal compliance or regulatory affairs
- Proficiency with federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
