Qualifications

- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in VA regulations and healthcare compliance frameworks
- Proficiency with GSA systems and federal procurement protocols
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Certified Federal Compliance Officer (CFCO) preferred
