Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal regulations (DHS, FEMA, TSA) and Florida state statutes
- Conduct comprehensive audits of local government agencies and private contractors
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for 50+ personnel
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight committees
- Collaborate with DOJ and state attorneys on enforcement actions
- Manage digital compliance databases and maintain audit trails
- Lead cross-functional task forces for emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years federal/state/local compliance experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Expertise in Florida Sunshine Law and federal procurement regulations
- Proficiency with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical writing and public speaking skills
