Responsibilities

- Train staff on compliance procedures and regulatory updates
- Manage compliance reporting for federal/state/local agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of federal/state/local compliance experience in public sector
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Expertise in FAR/DFARS, CA Public Contract Code, and LA municipal codes
- Advanced proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., SAP GRC, LogicGate)
- Proven track record of developing compliance frameworks for government entities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Excellent written communication for policy documentation
