Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal/state/local regulatory changes affecting government operations
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits across 15+ agency programs
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for regulatory violations
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure policy alignment with federal statutes
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Train 50+ agency personnel on updated regulatory requirements
- Manage cross-functional compliance initiatives across three jurisdictional levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal/state/local government compliance
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grant compliance
- Proficient with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional written communication for policy documentation
