Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous audits of maritime and border security protocols
- Investigate non-compliance incidents and prepare detailed enforcement reports
- Collaborate with federal agencies including CBP and USCG on joint operations
- Develop compliance training programs for federal contractors
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend regulatory adjustments
- Lead high-priority investigations with national security implications
- Maintain strict documentation of all compliance activities
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Top Secret/SBI preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal regulatory compliance experience
- Proficiency in investigation software (e.g., Case Management System)
- Expert knowledge of maritime security regulations (33 CFR Part 104)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
