- Train federal contractors on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with state/local agencies to enforce federal labor standards
- Manage confidential case files and maintain audit documentation
- Respond to congressional inquiries within strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state regulatory compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory databases (e.g., OSHA eTools, DOL Case Management)
- Certified Federal Investigator (CFI) designation preferred
- Experience with workplace safety protocols and labor laws
- Ability to travel 15-20% domestically
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
