Responsibilities
- Enforce federal regulations and compliance standards across border security operations
- Conduct thorough investigations and documentation of immigration and customs violations
- Collaborate with federal agencies including ICE, CBP, and DOJ on cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records for congressional oversight
- Train junior staff on federal compliance protocols and ethical standards

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal, state, or local government roles
- Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual certification required)
- Advanced knowledge of federal regulations (Title 8, CFR, etc.)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and extended hours during emergencies
- Successful completion of federal background investigation and polygraph
