Responsibilities
- Enforce federal regulations across compliance domains including data security, procurement, and ethics
- Conduct comprehensive audits and investigations of agency operations
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for federal staff

- Collaborate with DOJ attorneys on legal proceedings and policy development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficient in federal procurement and data privacy laws (FAR, FISMA)
- Strong analytical skills with audit/case management software expertise
- Excellent written/verbal communication for congressional reporting
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically for site inspections
