Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend compliance audits of federal facilities in Charlotte metropolitan area
- Review security protocols against federal regulations (CFR, DHS directives)Document findings using secure federal reporting systems
- Collaborate with federal agents during weekend operations
- Respond to emergency security incidents after hours
- Train facility staff on compliance procedures
- Maintain detailed audit trails for federal oversight
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- 3+ years in compliance/regulatory enforcement
- Proficiency with federal reporting systems (DHS TRAC, MAX)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with physical security assessments
