Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes in compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate contract negotiations with vendors and service providers
- Review and analyze contract terms, pricing, and deliverables
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with program offices to define procurement requirements
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations
- Monitor contract performance and ensure timely deliverables
- Support contract modifications and renewals as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in federal procurement systems (FPDS-NG, eBuy)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and VA procurement policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
