Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate federal contracts in compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Manage contract lifecycles from initiation to closeout with meticulous documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Analyze financial data and prepare cost/price analysis reports
- Support procurement strategies for veteran healthcare services
- Maintain accurate contract records in GSA systems
- Provide guidance to junior staff on federal contracting procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of federal contracting experience with FAR/DFARS knowledge
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- CPCM or DAWIA certification preferred
- Proficient in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
- US citizenship required
