Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout ensuring strict compliance with FAR/DFARS
- Coordinate with government agencies and prime contractors on deliverables and timelines
- Review and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables
- Prepare and submit mandatory federal reports and documentation
- Monitor contract performance and implement corrective actions
- Conduct market research for procurement opportunities
- Maintain accurate contract documentation in federal systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience with DOD/VA agencies
- Active DOD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar credential
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal procurement systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Excellent written/verbal communication for stakeholder interactions
